If it doesn't match what you do, it's up to you to either revise the manual or change how you do business.
Oxebridge does it differenlty: we interview your personnel and find out how you are already doing business, and then write a custom Policies and Procedures Manual that describes that in a CMS-compliant way. That's right: we even do the typing and revising. Your people never have to lay a finger on a keyboard.
Once our manual is done, we don't mandate it, we submit it to you for review. If you need revisions, you tell us and we make the changes. Again, your people are not bogged down with modifying documents.
What you're left with is a completely customized manual that reflects your actual company practices, and you never had to commit hours to writing it.
Only where your current practices do not meet CMS standards do we then suggest -- not mandate! -- changes.
