As part of our ISO 9001 work, for the past five years we have cultivated a network of Federal grant opportunities -- typically administered at the state or county level -- that help reimburse the costs for Oxebridge's services by 50 - 100%.

Rub your eyes and read it again: 100% reimbursement means we are free. No charge. Nada. And you typically get your money back within 15 - 30 days.

In fact, we've gotten so good with helping clients process grant applications, some states have adopted our forms to replace their own grant applications!

Below you will find a chart of states and available grant programs; if you are in a green-highlighted state, Oxebridge can easily help you obtain grant funding for its services. For other states, we can quickly research the program and let you know if grants are available in your area. Just provide us your county and state info.

A few caveats, of course:

Grants tend to slow down the process a bit... but typically only by a month or two. That may be a factor for you.
There are never any guarantees when it comes to grants. To date 100% of companies applying under Oxebridge have received between 50 - 100% funding. But you never know when funds may run out, when political winds may shift, etc. The only way to find out is to apply (and it's free to do so!)
To date, we've found only two states - California and Virginia - which have no reimbursement program in effect for CMS related work. (So, folks: write your congressperson!)
All grant programs will reserve teh right to come visit you to verify you (a) actually exist, and (b) are actually in the DME industry. These visits are usually brief, friendly and low-impact, so don't stress.
Grants are prioritized to companies with 50 employees or less. If you are woman- or minority-owned, it helps, but it's not required.

In all cases, we will help complete the necessary applications for you, free of charge, and without any obligation to use Oxebridge before applying. In addition, none of these grant programs charge a fee for applying; it's completely free.
